B.Livin Refunds & Returns Policy

At B.Livin, we want you to feel confident and empowered in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help within the guidelines below.
1. All Sales Are Final (Hygiene & Limited Edition Policy)
Because B.Livin activewear is:
Designed for intimate sweat-based activity
Limited edition and produced in small batches
Not eligible for restocking once opened or worn
All sales are final.
For hygiene, safety, and inventory integrity, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos or video of the damage/defect
The packaging label (if applicable)
Once verified, we will issue:
A replacement (if available), or
Store credit for the full amount
3. No Returns for Wrong Size, Color, or Preference
Because inventory is limited and each piece is carefully crafted, we cannot accept returns for:
Wrong size ordered
Change of mind
Color preference
General dissatisfaction after wearing
We strongly encourage checking our size guide before placing an order.
4. Pre-Order Items
All pre-orders are final because they are manufactured specifically based on your order.
If there is a manufacturing or fulfillment error, we will correct it as outlined in section 2.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges because sizes and colors sell out quickly and are not guaranteed to be restocked.
6. Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After 2 hours, your order begins processing and cannot be changed or canceled.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
For lost or stolen packages:
File a claim with the shipping carrier
Contact us and we will assist where possible
In most cases, we may offer discounted repurchase options but cannot issue refunds
